Shipping Policy

We send an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

In-stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order and custom-sized garments take approximately 5 business days to produce after order details and any required measurements are confirmed.

Estimated transit time after dispatch is approximately 10 business days to destinations we serve. Please allow approximately 15 business days in total for made-to-order or custom-sized garments, or 11-13 business days for in-stock items. Production and transit times are separate; transit begins only after dispatch.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, remote destinations, public holidays, or carrier disruptions may cause delays. For a wedding or other fixed event date, contact service@orivessia.com before ordering and allow additional time for fitting or alterations.

International orders

For orders shipped internationally, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. Any applicable charges and responsibilities will be communicated at checkout where available; contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Delays, loss, or damage

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We will work with the carrier and help resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund where appropriate. We do not consider a problem resolved simply because a parcel was handed to a carrier. Please also report an incorrect or incomplete shipping address promptly so we can help before dispatch when possible.

Cancellations and returns

Unshipped orders can be canceled for a full refund. All products can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery; Orivessia pays return shipping and does not charge a restocking fee. See our Return & Refund Policy for instructions.
